How to schedule an appointment
You must obtain or have already obtained an energy evaluation of your home before starting your retrofits in order to qualify for a Rénoclimat grant.
Appointment scheduling
Pre-retrofit energy evaluation services, as well as post-retrofit evaluation services for homes eligible for the Canada Greener Homes Grant (CGHG), will be prioritized for scheduling appointments until March 31, 2025. Between now and that date, post-retrofit evaluation services will also be offered to Canada Greener Homes Loan participants whose claim date expires by March 31, 2025.

To schedule an appointment for the energy evaluation of your home, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-866-266-0008.

- 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m from Monday to Friday
You can also register by filling out the web application form. Please note that the form is only available in French.
- The service organization in charge of your area will contact you as soon as possible to schedule an appointment for the energy evaluation of your home.
- You should get an appointment within three weeks following the call.
- If the service organization tries to reach you by phone unsuccessfully twice and there is no follow-up on your part, your appointment request will be canceled.
- Appointment slots for energy assessment services are available from Monday to Saturday, inclusively, from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, excluding holidays.
- You will need to provide proof of ownership (copy of your tax bill or transfer tax) for your residence when the Rénoclimat advisor visits you for the first time.
Only a Rénoclimat energy advisor who has been duly mandated by the Ministère can conduct an energy evaluation of your home.
