Service organizations authorized to accept mandates under the Rénoclimat, Novoclimat or Éconologis programs are selected through a call for tenders. The list varies from region to region and from year to year.

These companies are currently under contract with the Ministère and may be looking for additional energy efficiency advisors in their region. Make sure you meet the program’s qualifications before offering your services.
Service organization selection process
To select organizations to deliver residential program services, the Ministère de l'Environnement, de la Lutte contre les changements climatiques, de la Faune et des Parcs issues a public call for tenders.
Calls for tenders are posted on the Quebec government’s electronic tendering system (SEAO). All the eligibility criteria and information required to submit your company’s application are available only when the calls for tenders are published.
