For any comments, or if the services you have received do not meet your expectations, contact our program teams first using the comment form provided here. Comments are promptly forwarded to the appropriate teams and processed diligently in an attempt to resolve any raised issue. Please note that receiving a response may take longer during busy periods.

How to submit an access request

Under the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of person information, every person can submit a request for access to documents held by a public body or to their personal information held by this body.

Consult the page Submitting a Request for Access to Information on the MERN Web site to find out the procedure to follow and the contact information of the person in charge of access requests.
