Chauffez vert Program

The additional financial assistance we announced has generated a high volume of applications and our processing time is thus longer than normal right now.

  • Replacement of an oil or propane central heating system - We are currently processing requests received in September 2020.
  • Installation or replacement of an eligible heat pump - We are currently processing requests received in December 2020.

Rénoclimat Program

As of April 1, 2021, the Rénoclimat program will be able to resume pre-work and post-work evaluations, in accordance with the health measures.

Due to a computer problem, the appointment applications sent through theRénoclimat program form (French version only) between February 6 and February 9, 2021, have not been received nor processed by our team. We apologize for the inconvenience. With the situation now resolved, clients who wish to do so can fill out the appointment application form again.

In order to keep improving the quality of our programs and services, we pay close attention to the feedback we receive.

For any comments, or if the services you have received do not meet your expectations, contact our program teams first using the comment form provided here. Comments are promptly forwarded to the appropriate teams and processed diligently in an attempt to resolve any raised issue. Please note that receiving a response may take longer during busy periods.

How to file a complaint

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your comment, you may still file a complaint.

Under the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of person information, every person can submit a request for access to documents held by a public body or to their personal information held by this body.
