The additional financial assistance we announced has generated a high volume of applications and our processing time is thus longer than normal right now.
- Replacement of an oil or propane central heating system - We are currently processing requests received in September 2020.
- Installation or replacement of an eligible heat pump - We are currently processing requests received in December 2020.
As of April 1, 2021, the Rénoclimat program will be able to resume pre-work and post-work evaluations, in accordance with the health measures.
Due to a computer problem, the appointment applications sent through theRénoclimat program form (French version only) between February 6 and February 9, 2021, have not been received nor processed by our team. We apologize for the inconvenience. With the situation now resolved, clients who wish to do so can fill out the appointment application form again.
