The content of the Normative Framework currently in force has legal value. It prevails over the content of brochures and other information published about the Chauffez vert program.
Since October 20, 2022, this program is administered by the ministère de l’Environnement, de la Lutte contre les changements climatiques, de la Faune et des Parcs. The normative framework remains in effect.
