Commercial and institutional buildings
A series of measures are planned to ensure that the commercial and institutional building sector plays a leading role in the energy transition, including: regulations, energy management, energy rating as well as efficiency and conversion to renewable energy.
2030 Vision
Petroleum products will only be used in commercial and institutional buildings in rare circumstances. Renewable energy sources will make up 70% of the sector's energy portfolio. Large existing buildings will be subject to rigorous energy management, while new buildings will be highly energy efficient.
