The walls and roof are built according to more efficient techniques, thereby enhancing airtightness. In addition to eliminating unpleasant drafts, the techniques prevent humidity from penetrating the walls and damaging your home. It is thus easier to heat and more comfortable.
More airtight, efficient doors and windows
Only the use of ENERGY STAR certified doors and windows for the climatic zone in which they are installed is allowed under the Novoclimat program. The doors and windows are more airtight and efficient and are manufactured according the latest standards.
